They were efficient and fast! My dog doesn’t always love going into vets or groomers and he was enjoying being there! Super friendly staff as well. They will give you knowledge and information and serve you as well as possible. Definitely will be going back!
"At South Memorial Animal Hospital, we love your pets like you do!" This is so true! I don't have cats right now, but would never want to take one anywhere else. Several years ago, Dr. Lori took my cat home for a night or 2 after a big surgery because she didn't think I would be able to handle the delicate situation if a complication arose. When I tell people about this, they say they've never heard of such wonderful behavior.
Dr. Lori and her staff are wonderful. Dr. Lori also uses holistic vet medicine which was why we started visiting her clinic when we moved to Tulsa. She's been our vet since 2014 and will be as long as we're in Tulsa and she's practicing. I've recommended her to a bunch of people. The whole team has become family to us after my younger shepherd got Addison's and had to start get monthly shots.
They were very kind and respectful when my sweetie was passing .I greatly appreciated the fact they worked with me on payment and never once treated her like she was anything less than a loved member of my family. I would reccomend them to anyone. Their staff were wonderful at such a hard and devastating time for me.Thank you again Adrienne Chaplin
I'm fostering a cat from them, because they felt sorry for him after a terrible fight he was in. They patched him up and kept him for around two years. I don't know of very many vets that would do that. He is a awsome fat cat and they continue to show love by giving him yearly checkups. Love these people.
The staff here is so great! I used them 5 years ago, on my 30th birthday, when my childhood cat needed to be put to sleep and they were very gentle and sweet is assisting with confirming he was in fact dying from his kidney disease and making the trip to the Rainbow Bridge as calm as possible preparing for the aftercare of his body.I am now a foster for a local dog rescue and this is the vet they use. I took my foster pup there to have some sores on her feet checked. It was hard but it was the same veterinarian who had helped me 5 years ago and she, as well as all of the other staff, was still just as amazing as the first time we had an encounter.I definitely will be considering them as a possibility for our own pets future needs.
