Heartworm disease symptoms start pretty mildly, but as they progress, it turns deadly.

CAN IT BE TREATED?
Heartworm disease CAN be treated!! However, if the disease has already progresses to heart failure, there is very little we can do. Heartworm treatment can also be quite cost prohibitive.
Heartworm treatment costs 15x as much as a year’s worth of prevention!!
ARE WE REALLY AT RISK?
Absolutely!! Oklahoma is one of the highest at-risk states for heartworm disease! *Especially* in areas around lakes, rivers, and neighborhoods with pools.
HOW DO I TEST MY PETS FOR HEARTWORMS?
It is very easy! We can do a quick, in-house test! We need a few drops of blood and it takes 8 minutes.
